In 2008 the hotel-restaurant “ Il Vecchio Mulino” ( the Old Mill ) was taken over by a team of young, dynamic, experienced professionals who have not only renewed the décor but also the services offered by the restaurant and hotel.

Marco Bassini, is our devoted and creative chef with extensive experience working in restaurants.

Valentina Santonicola, a good tempered, radiant manageress from Naples, who has been living in beautiful Tuscany for several years, is in charge of the restaurant and the hotel rooms..
