Valentina and Marco, both sommelier, are in charge of the wine cellar. The wines are carefully selected from the best vineyards and wineries in Italy and particularly in Tuscany.

With expert guidance from our sommelier, our guests can select an excellent wine from a wide array of well known labels and lesser known high quality labels which are well worth trying out.

There are many affirmed, lesser known local vineyards that still passionately and masterfully work by the traditional methods of wine making and thus produce excellent, high quality wines.
